Some have carried a small Bible or New Testament where they kept their cigarettes and when reaching for a cigarette they got it instead and read scriptures to help them quit smoking!
(Dear Lord, I ask you right now in prayer to move upon Mike and deliver him from ever smoking again and take away all desires for the nicotine and replace them with your Holy Spiritual joy for good health and happiness! In Jesus' name I pray! Amen!)
YOU CAN DO IT MIKE AND GOD WILL PROVIDE THE STRENGTH TO BE MORE THAN OVERCOMER IN CHRIST JESUS!

I've read studies which show that persistence pays-off when it comes to quitting smoking and that it becomes easier, after repeated attempts to quit, once and for all. It seems that the old adage,"If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." is especially true of kicking the habit. My prayers are with you that this will be the time of your success!

ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU " AFTER SMOKING XX NUMBER OF YEARS I JUST LAYED THEM DOWN AND IT NEVER BOTHERED ME" DOESN'T HAVE BLOOD RUNNING AROUND IN THEIR VEINS..
EVERYONE TELLS YOU ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO YOUR LUNGS, (WHICH IS TRUE) WHAT I WAS NEVER TOLD WAS JUST HOW STOPPED UP YOUR BLOOD VEINS WILL GET NOR THAT NICOTINE ** WILL ** CAUSE IMPOTENCE IN MEN..I HAD TRIED TO QUIT SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE HAD MY WIFE TO BUY ME CIGARETTES TO GET ME OUT OF THE MOOD I WAS IN..
AS BEST I CAN REMBER THE KIT COST ABOUT LIKE A CARTON OF SMOKES AND A BOX OF 7 PATCHES COST ABOUT THE SAME AND ARE DARN WELL WORTH IT..
