Ok folks, just how bad do you have it? I believe I am just as normal as the next detectorist.....You decide.

Ed mentioned something the other day and it got me thinking....(bad thing.) This is not a brag post just a post to let you all know how sane I am.....

So I had to see just how much detector stuff I had. Now mind you I do not bring everything you see with me when I go detecting. But a lot gets packed in the black box you see in the picture here and that does come with us.

I normally take three detectors with me when the wife and I go detecting. One for each of us and a back up. I have 2 MXT's (1 for Pam and 1 for me), 5900, and I just purchased (this past Tuesday) a XL Pro for the arsenal. I hope I'm done buying detectors for a while. The coils you see on the detectors are the main coils that we use for detecting.

I have pretty much a complete complement of spare coils for both the MXT and the 5900/XL Pro. I do carry a complement of these coils in the box, they fit nicely. We both use the Lesche digging tools for the parks in town. My knee pads are orthotic knee pads and they DO WORK NICELY!!

I use the Predator digging shovel and I really like that longer handle that George has put on his new tools. The wife uses the smaller spade shovel. Those get used when we head out of town.

OK, so how bad do you have it. Lets see some pictures........
