Have you ever made the potato soup by the recipe on the instant potato box? My sister and cousin both say it is really good and quick to make! Haven't tried it myself, as I haven't purchased a box of instant potatoes for many years....when I want potatoes I fix the real things by baking, boiling or whatever, I even use them for making potato salad! Instant potatoes would be something someone could store in case of power outages and etc. when stores are closed or cannot get out for any length of time! Each to his own taste! Ma

Nah...real potatoes always. My wife makes a shepherds pie that's out of this world, yummy.
