This question is for anyone but mainly for the beach hunters. I use an SE and I want to know how you pick up the gold chains?
 
I usually use my thumb and fore-finger...

Most Gold Chains are found by Tesoro's..For some reason they find them.
 
X-Terra 70 or an MXT or something designed more for that type of hunting. It might be worth trying out.
Prospect mode works well on small gold. Even a high frequency machine. The XT70 has an 18.75 kHz coil for gold.
