OH, what a chainy evening I had last night-ARRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Went fer a solo spin last evening to a clean surf area and it was not real clean as ya'll can see. Ran the Aquasearch. I still think I did the right thing, because some targets were deep. Began the hunt last evening at 7P into a 845 1.4L, however the tides were WAY below normal, as we had a norther, NW 15-20 and high pressure, so the bottom was good and firm. Was getting down to it for sure, because there was a little shell and the sand was black and nasty, sweet huh? Most of the targets were actually in the lane, but the tide was so far out, that normally I would have been shallow to mid mine. Jewelry of all kinds was available (except rings of course). Anyway, clad count was $1.26. Got a costume jewelry junker earring, non-ferrous gold plated junker hoop, junk flower earring stud, .925 stud w/honker CZ, .925 hoop, .925 necklace and a 10K child's ID bracelet, weighing in at 4.3Gs. It was a fine evening and I baled at 1245A. Coulda stayed longer, but needed a little sleep fer work today. I am purty sleepy!

Those are some fine looking bobbypins... would you be willing to part with them? :) Congrats on the gold and silver :)

Question for you BH when you run the coil over a bobby pin is the signal broken/crackly? Thats what I get with my PI. I dig them anyway lol...

It's usually weak, but occationally, I get a double beep. I don't know the unit well enough to really take a chance on not digging a target. Sure as I do, you know what I'll miss. I pick my battles when using this unit. Only run it in clean surf areas. This surf area is usually clean, but you know what I see? I'm getting down to it. I'll be there tomorrow. Got a fresh norther coming in tonight and tides are expected to be below normal and pressure is rising. I'm pumped!
