Oh Crap! Not This:rant:

I would not be able to handle living up there. Snow in dec is bad enough here in the Ozarks
 
I know right? they are calling for snow here this weekend...we generally dont see it until November...we never had a day this summer over 90 degrees F...only twice in 120 yrs has that happened...and the last time, 1951, winter hit hard, fast, and continuously!
Right now though, the water is warmer than the air, and we are trying to find some gold as fast as possible!

john, I used to go to Edmonton every other week, I was a longhaul trucker from Texas, we hauled lots of oil rigs and even more stuff upto Sunco up around ft McMurry. Grubstake
Was even Married to a gal up there for a few years.
 
96 with a heat index of 100 here in Texas. The humidity sucks too. Mother Nature......what fickle beast she can be.
 
It's down to 87 degrees here, John. Brrrrrrrrrr......Hope you get in lots more water hunting before freeze up. Sure hope I can make it tomorrow. GL & HH.
 
Pretty early even for up here John. The early huffs n' puffs should melt right away.
 
Going to be 100+ this weekend over here in Southern California, when I hunt The soccer fields, it's like being in The middle of a frying pan.
