Low-Boy/LCPM

I'm writting a book (almost finished) about a kid who fights cancer..based on what I went through. I'm looking for a publisher or a book agent to read it...anyone connected with someone that can help me?
 
I know nothing about publishing Low-Boy and am in Australia as well, so not much help to you.

However I do hope that you can find a publisher. Lately my family have been buying Kindle Books. I know nothing about them either but it does seem that that type of publishing is the future. Maybe that is something to look into.
