Odd find yesterday at schoolyard

I went up to a local school yesterday afternoon and searched for about an hour and a half finding a few coins and then shortly before quitting, I found the token.
It is the size of a silver dollar and I don't have a clue what it is.. maybe a souvenir from Washinton.
Anyone have any ideas???
 
Possibly a paper weight, rather than a token? Neat find anyway.
