Well, finally got back out and dug some nice stuff. I'm just glad to see the sun again. My best find was the naval button, which after research, looks to be an 1812-1825 British Flag Officer Naval Button. Thanks and HH

Nice finds indeed, I am here in MA, and I will be ecstatic when we get a stretch of sunny days. I think we have had 2 yrs worth of rain in 2 mths. Might be going out this Sat. with a friend, digging should be cake with the ground so saturated. Keep up the good hunts!!
 
Thanks for the comment. I bet you guys up there are sick of the rain. I think it rained everyday this summer up there. We have had a rough 7 weeks with the hurricane and the fire in the dismal swamp. Finally got some nice weather, but it from 88 and tropical humidity to 62 and chilly. I hope we get some fall weather instead of going right to winter again this year. Stay dry and get out and enjoy the sun. HH
