Wind outta the east..one more time in the Big Lake I figured...found a really nice cut that blew out the sand right down to the bottom...started finding split shots, nails, nickles, coins...Got both the silver rings,, and told myself, " With all this poo, Theres gotta be a pony in here somewhere" there was! tid signal of 61 amidst the iron...AT Pro is perfect for this..14k with 5 little diamonds and a ruby! I'm going back out!

Brilliant mate 2 gold rings in one hunt :) hopefully I can av some of this luck one day soon with my at pro

Thanks Rich, the two on the right are silver, and the one on the left is a heavy gold band with a jeweled gold ring soldered together to make one...it unfortunately fits the wife perfectly  the heaviest womens gold ring I've found so far...I'm gonna go look around a little more today, and then the wind will shift this afternoon and rebury this spot for a while.

I really want to test my machine out doin some fresh water hunting like so many of you guys do:) just not alot places in my area like this to detect I can think of one that might be a good place but also bet it as alot rubbish in

Vikingrich...there was a ton of rubbish in here too..mainly steel cables, chains, nails...not a lot of bottle caps or aluminum...I think i found 2 pulltabs total..this ATpro was hitting the coins and rings right in there with the junk...it was impressive. If you have a fresh water swimming hole close by, you oughta give it a go.

Or right al after look into giving it ago then for sure:) I guess u get junk every were don't you on fields in parks at the beach its all part of the hobby we don't av lot were I live but we do av some fresh water streams that sun miles along and leads into are local beach and sea so im going to look into that..what digging tools do you and the others use for hunting this way?

I use any digger out of the water. In the water I use a stainless steel sand scoop. It needs to be tough where I live because of the cobble and larger rocks. GL&HH
