Like we discussed earlier we are practically in the same position here in NY:rage:. So in my particular case I am buying dry suit to hunt in water all year round:detecting:. And will save every little penny for several overseas trips :ausflag:a year to enjoy my (our) hobby to the fullest. (Sorry, American economy! :biteme:)

Honest, I see no other option. We will keep trying and fighting for our rights of course, but to win over an army of millions of bureaucrats trained to say only "NO!!" :veryangry:seems possible but highly improbable. We all are equal, but some people are just a bit more equal than we are .

Happy winter water hunting, Redneckplanter! Join me in Orchard Beach. Or in Jones Beach. After a storm with beach errosion we can find something. Or at least to breathe some healthy fresh ocean air ( without asking permission to breathe btw). Una cerveza on me:beers:!

HH!

sorry to heat that ny is like texas.....sigh,,,,,,
i'll keep beating the bushes.....
the cerveza sounds good..lol
maybe somewhere somebody will open an old csa battlesite and charge a flat gate fee to let us hunt like that diamond mine in az or arkansas my uncle mentioned?
