hunting a park across the street from the highschool, notice that the kids all walk the same path through the park.
more traffic, more finds.
 
People are followers. They see others in a area and they follow. Built on the same site over and over.
 
Yeah! Kid trails are great! Its fun to try to think like a kid, take the shortest path between two points. Like the nearest store and the school, or a neighborhood and a playground, Theres a college here with a big ravine and creek that seperate the dorms from the nearest liquor store and those kids got a track beat through the woods and across the creek like its an elephant trail! All sorts of loot in these crossovers. Thats what is so appealing to me about this sport, we have skills that a good hunter or trapper needs, pay attention to where the game is moving and why. Even at the fences around a sports field, near the corners is where its the easiest place to hop, and the best place to drop! you can see the signs of climbing on the wire where they hop those fences.
