NYC park hunt.....

Today while I was hunting Astoria park, queens NY. I have the pleasure of having a parks dept supervisor stop by. He asked if I had my permit...we spoke for a few and then he was on his way...No issue what so ever.
Nice , Having a friendly attitude and talking does help at times.
 
apparently in n.y.c you do!.my guess is,too many "animals"
runnin' around!..just sayin!

Reno Nv is the same way but the permits are free. Did you have to pay for one?
