NUTTALL MARKETING WHY BOTHER ? ?

after reading all the threads , hype , good will, comments and the expensive marketing on this and other forums I decided to take the plunge ! ( no pun intended ) ! ? So on July 18th I made inquiries to have not 1 but 2 diamond head scoops shipped out to England.
I have since emailed Nuttalls 3/4 times to chase up and pay for the order and Im still waiting for a positive reply ? ?

A marketing campaign is a total waste of time and money if the product isnt finally dispatched to the customer
whats going on Nuttalls ? ?

I ordered from them and received VERY fast. When I had a question I left my massage on their answering machine and they called me the very next day.
Good honest people, solid product, reliable business. Not to worry!
 
If I want something, I've always found it's best to pick up the phone and call to place all my orders. I make sure I'm talking to someone that knows what they're talking about and get all my questions answered. If the person I'm speaking to can't answer all my questions or concerns, I'll ask for the name of someone who can, if that person isn't available I'll call them back later if I have to. If a company tells me "Joe Smith whoever will call you back in an hour" and he doesn't, I call him.

When I called Nuttalls to place my order, I noticed the web page said call anytime. I was hesitant to call as it was 9:30 PM, don't you know Travis the owner picked up? I Had a nice conversation with him. He was out of stock on the small scoop advertised, but he said he would send me an in-stock larger scoop at the small scoop price, I'm glad I called!

Give them a call and get what you want, good luck!

Wait for that great scoop. I live in Hawaii.. took time to get m scoop. The deliever service made mistakes, and Travis took care of it. I Would support his business 100%.. get those scoops from him.. you'll be glad! shaka Mikey , Maui, Hawaii:thumbup:
 
I placed my order online and picked it up at UPS like 5 days later. I had no problems what so ever. (I got the 48" scoop) I also stand behind them 100%.
 
I guess you really need to actually place the order on the website by clicking the "add to cart" tab and filling out all the appropriate info necessary to order your scoops in order for them to send them to you. You might try calling them on the phone. It seems a lot of places that sell on the Internet today will only take orders on the website as it is set up to handle all the financial and shipping information. I don't know if this is the case with Nuttall but if your emails aren't getting through I would either call them on the phone or place the order on the website. JMHO

Try looking to see if he is selling any of them on e-bay. That is where I purchased mine. Just a thought.
 
Travis came up trumps ! he contacted me and we have arranged to ship 2 diamond heads to the u.k.
he has compensated me with free shipping for the long delay .
I have only bought the diamond head scoop just for one specific bay in Majorca , its red hot with signals but my normal scoop cant get down among the rocks and get the loooooooot
