Nugget hunting with F75 Any news anyone ?

If you want to nugget hunt mainly i would buy a detector designed for just that. Put it this way: If you want a multi purpose detector that can find small gold extremly well the F75 in JE mode is the one.
I have found targets so small that my whites bullseye pinpointer had problems finding the target even touching them. The F75 picked these small targets up at a few inches.

Any, with the JE mode is there any discrimation programed in?

I'd like to point out there are lot's of people using the Whites MXT JUST for gold nugget hunting and it's a multi-purpose detector.

Sounds like the F75 will do better than an MXT for nuggets.

Whenevr I can afford one I'm getting an F75 and will use it mostly for Civil War relics but I have a couple of locations in Virginia that have Civil War trenches and gold in the creeks running next to them.

Yes, DE, JE, BC and PF modes are disc modes. The JE mode is the hottest.

I know that, just wanted to point out that some detectors may do better, because they were designed just for nugget hunting.

The MXT was designed by Dave Johnson as part of a team too. The F75, the way i see it, is the advanced MXT. Better balance and less weight, less Batteries, more tones and modes, better standard coil and depth.

The F75 sound like the best choice for that.
