NUGGET FROM OZ

DUNOLLY

New member
Had a nice find with my Tesoro Lobo Super Traq this week here in The Golden Triangle area in Central Victoria Australia. It weighed in at 37 grams or a bit over an ouce. Not deep but in very mineralized ground, which the Lobo handles nicely in the Alklali mode.I am very happy with the machine which is so light to swing compared to another much touted Australian Detector, just the thing for an old codger like me.Good luck to all and keep swinging.

Nice find Dunolly
You just got to love the Lobo st . I got the Lobo st for the small Celtic Gold and silver coins that we have over here in the UK and it finds them at just the right depth for me,
Its a great detector. some of the coins in this picture date from 40BC. and the gold one is the size of your small finger nail
Happy hunting to you and good luck with finding some more gold nuggets, all the best Les

Many thanks Les for your reply to my message.I tried to put a photo in but could not manage to do it successfully.I am as enthusiastic as you about the performance of the Lobo.
I wish you good hunting over your way .What great finds you have had!
