keyboards, boys and girls!! Stopped off at the soccer fields that I've been hunting for several weeks now, picking up silver and junk rings along with a bunch of clad. Yesterday, using the 250 with the stock coil, I was working one of the sidelines when I got a solid nickle signal and figured it was a nickle or yet another hated pulltab. I probed down about 1 1/2" and hit something with a hole and thought "Great, another pulltab". I popped it up and hanging on the end of my probe was this 14k beauty. Man, I love gold!! And the 250 bangs it hard. I'm glad there was no one around to see me dancing the Jig of Joy. Keep digging those nickle signals and it will pay off one day!!
 
Now that is something to drool about. I must dig up 3 or 4 hundred nickels before I hit that gold.
 
Nice piece. The Feller do like that gold.

Hey John, Figured I'd find a picture here! WTG <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)"> Wished I could have found something like that last Friday when we were out there. Haven't got my May issue yet. It took me forever to get my April issue. I guess they got out late.
Anyway I was waiting for the review on that machine.
I always like it when I have the machine and then read the review.
 
It was a very good review on the 250. I'm considering getting one. I picked up W&ET at a Barnes and Noble in the area the other day. Enjoy the review when you get the May issue. Good luck and HH from TonyTX(MXT)
