Up early and read the Forums. Started sorting my clad out of my coin trommel from yesterdays work...between yesterdays haul, and a few water hunts, I had @12 bucks of discolored Coinstar grade clad...
Doing some quick math, I figured I'd be losing nearly a buck and a half to the Coinstar charges...So I got to thinking...theres this one public soccer complex on the way to the Coinstar, it has games all throughout the weekend, so I'll whip in there with the 70 and quickly grab a buck fitty before work to offset the charges...Hit a massive 4 dollar coin spill! Hit a few other multidenom tight spills, and another JFK Half! Grabbed up 3 empty cans, (dime each) two full bottles of water...and got out of there in a little over an hour with 39 coins for $7.51. Ran all the dirty money through the Coinstar and got paid 14.60..got to work at the normal time...[attachment 302330 nov314.jpg]

This place has a heavy thatch, and that 'terramat' down in the root structure, sprinkler system...its undiggable, but not quite unstabbable, in fact, I actually broke off a screwdriver in here once a few years back, its that tough just to ream out a finger sized hole, no wonder nobody hunts it but me...[attachment 302331 broke.jpg]..

As I was typing up this post, I came across a pic in my photo files from Nov 3rd of 2012...thats the year I was on that Zeekeyes inspired kick to get 10,000 coins...thought I'd toss it in here..[attachment 302332 nov3.jpg]

I'm sure most of you are getting tired of seeing nothing but clad from me, the F70 is one quick broom for this kind of work, and Lord knows I love to deploy it in this fashion!...Maybe someday I'll go do a seeded club hunt? Would that be fair?  If I do I hope its in November...it seems to be a good month for me and the F70!...

If you lived in my town I would have to sell my machine and retire from coin hunting. There would be nothing left to find! lol

Dang mud your kickin a$$ !! Ive been busy then sick last few days and havent been out much.. Maybe tomorrow heck i dont know Glad to see someone out finding goodies!

Nice going Mud! I sure wish someone with a video camera would follow you around for a day. I'd love to see you in action. As far as seeded club hunts goes, they'd have to tie one of your hands behind your back and hobble your feet to make it halfway fair.

Thanks guys...just one other thing...see that self adhesive Ace bandage I use for a grip?

Theres generally free rolls of the stuff around any soccer venue, anyway, wrapping the grip area with the big part on top makes for one comfortable grip!...its sort of a reverse pistol grip type of thing, where generally the wide part is on the bottom of your hand...well, with it on the top, this F70 just sort of snuggles itself right between your thumb and forefinger, and you dont actually have to 'grip' it...it just sort of snuggles in there and becomes an extension of your arm, so a guy has no notice of any grip action going on with a full day swinging..plus, its easy to change or adjust, and free....
