Nov 12 08 finds. King George Copper

I went back to the same site I hit on the 11th. On that trip I found a Massachusetts colonial 1/2 cent, an 1886 Canadian dime, and a 1903 V nickle.
Yesterday I found a King George copper, various colonial and early 20th century relics, and a button that has my curiosity going. It has written on the back of the button that says Cumner Jones & C.O Boston.
I know it may be just an average old coat button, but since I can read the writing I am in search of its origin. Anyone have any good online button resources?
This is most likely my last hunt of the season on the dry land, to due the impending frost. However, I am very happy with the results and look forward to the spring. The Sovereign GT worked flawlessly as usual and I cant wait to get either one of those SEF coils or the 12" Sunray to get some even deeper targets in the spring. As of now I am running in All metal with auto sens on, after ground tracking and going into fixed mode. It works like a charm. Their is not much better than a smooth threshold over dark rich old soil!
Take care
Jason
