Got these at Big Lots for only $1.90. They also had some packaged in the correct pack for $4. These last just as long as duracell and energizers in my Tejon.
 
I saw a video, I think on youtube, about a fellow who opened the square plastic case on a lantern battery and discovered 24(?) AA penlite cells.
The cost per cell was cheap!

Wrong packaging. Pack states heavy duty, but the batteries are alkaline. Very good deal.
