Well, I see that the postings here have slowed to a trickle. It appears as though every topic of discussion conceivable has been thoroughly covered and there is no need to keep this forum alive any longer.:lol:

I'll have you know that I check in on you guys every day-sometimes twice.Seriously i would miss out if it quit.I believe that up here in the northland things are slowing down,i have,on the other hand i'm not a real active detectoristor. But still love to hear and see what you guys are finding---An what you are finding it with.I am using an old faithful Quick Draw II.Its fun and a splendid hobby.But as i said I"m not to active anymore.Keep up good work!GL

Hello people, I don't post here, but check this site often. Matter' fact, this is my 1st post. I like the fact there is a Bounty Hunter forum. I might use my Sovereign GT on the beach, but I still take out my Tracker IV to other areas. The place I work at rented out a Quick Draw II to someone the other day because he lost his wedding ring while fishing in the ocean surf. I thought "oh no, he's never gonna find it with that." He didn't find his ring (lost it the day before a recent nor'easter, didn't search until it had passed), but did find a lot of other stuff. Seemed like he had fun too. I would never have expected a QDII would be able to find stuff on the beach, but it turns out if you really must, it will do it!

:detecting::bounty:Hello Mark: ranger here,
It"s gotten cold here in MD. and the last park/carnival site I had asked to detect, denied me permission to hunt there,even though I had allready hunted it on a saturday.
Found about $ 3.00 in clad, nothing special. Also i"m trying to quit smoking using the electronic cigarette, so far so good a very safe and satisfying alternative and allot cheaper.
I"ll probably clean my equipment up and put it away for the year but i"ll still check out other finds and new products on the forum from all you amigos & senioritas.
I hope to see some good stuff from you all .
Adios & happy huntin;
505ranger:
Kevin, Balto. MD.
