[size=large]I got out this morning in the rain and wind to hunt an old school I've been finding some silver at the past couple of hunts. An hour had gone by with not much to show for it. I worked around the old ball field again and got a great signal showing as a quarter on my Etrac down about 6"-7". I knew for sure it would be silver and took my time digging it out, just to find a 65 quarter down in the bottom of the hole. I laughed about it and moved on. My next signal just a few feet away sounded just as good and was showing 1-44 down deep on the meter. I thought to myself this will make up for the clad quarter. Took my time again and was rewarded with a beautiful Walker! The last one I got was back in February, so I was thrilled to dig another before the end of the year! Didn't find much more after that, but I was digging what I thought would be a wheat penny and was surprised to see the pretty little sterling ring. I got the Mercs, Rosie and V nickel from the same place this week along with the cool G-Men ring probably from the 30's. It's been a fun spot to hunt. HH Dave[/size]
