a nice day off to hunt and a lot of exposed lakebed!! I headed back to the old Buzzard Gulch this morning with a determination to dig me some junk!! And I found plenty. If it gave a solid signal, I dug it...period!! Lately, I have succumbed to looking at the meter to tell me what to dig...and I know better, but I fell back into my old bad habits anyways. So anyways, I dug and dug and here's the trash I removed.

And here's the loot for the day!! Way more junk pieces, but one good five gram 14 k gold ring and a 925 silver ring more than made up for it.

Hopefully, I'll keep digging trash and keep my eyes off that meter.....hard to do, but well worth it sometimes!! BTW, the gold ring hit right in the uppers 60's on the meter, right where the ringtabs hit!!
