Note to Dave Johnson on F75

Hi Dave,

Hope you get this! You guys all read this forum, right?

Hey, if the F75 has notching, which I hope it does, PLEASE make sure it allows me to notch out high end targets!

Too many detectors assume people want coins. I prefer to notch out zinc penny on up and dig low targets. Yeah, I know, I could ignore the high VDI readings, but I prefer to just not hear them. Otherwise a Pavlov reaction sets in and I find myself digging pennies when I'd rather dig gold.

I'm assuming this is going to be a great "do everything" unit that will also be strong on gold. I'd like to go find a gold nugget with the F75 this summer.

and one of the reasons I always kept my CZ-7a around to knock out coins & go for rings.....

Hi Bill,

It has been too long since I've been excited over a new Fisher unit. Actually, if I look at past history, I'm not a brand fan, I'm a Dave Johnson fan. I've used most of the machines he has had a hand in, and they almost all count as the best units I've ever used, regardless of the manufacturer label on the machine.

Still two feet of snow here...

and I'm willing to sit back and wait for them to do whatever they need to do to make sure its the best unit it can possibly be without bugs.....
Gettin' chilly here too finally, but still diggin the woods & beaches....

Bill
