Almost three weeks ago i ordered a DX-1 probe.I was told that it would go out that week,WELL here i am, and still i don't have one.I called up and canceled my order after i was told that they were on back order and it was going to be another week.
I called and talked to Larry at Big Vally Metal Detectors,he has the newest ones in stock,sent it to me EXPRESS mail i will have it Thursday.
Nothing p!$$&$ me off more than when people are not up front with you when your spending your hard earned money at there store.So instead of telling me up front that he didn't have one and wasting my time, he has now lost a customer.
Within two hours of my canceling my order ,i was called and told that he now had one for me..............TO LATE!!!
When i called Larry at Big Vally there was no answer so i hung up(was going to call back later)Larry called me back before i could even put the phone down.
That's what i call service.
I feel much better now!
