In the last few weeks, i decided not to throw all my trash in garbage too fast... just incase there might be a few keepers in the lot.
This morning, I flipped the box upside down and sorted sorme of the crap. Altought most made it in the trash bin, i kept a few relics, the spoons, the sinkers and few other other oldies.
Here is the pile before sorting :

Here is the pile sorted... lots of trash went directly into the box... bits of metal, nails, old cans etc...

Here are the sinkers... lots of them, but i know the slat water hunters gets bigger ones and lots of them!
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash3.jpg">
The arch enemy... the pull tabs :
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash4.jpg">
Old lighters, brass flashlite...
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash5.jpg">
Some cartriges... most beign .12 gage :
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash6.jpg">
A few live amunitions... cal.303 and .38 special
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash7.jpg">
The spoons, most pretty old silver plated... no solid silver
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash8.jpg">
And finally, some old belts parts of swimming caps and those dredfull little rivets that keeps going thru the scoop but sound so right !
<img src="http://pages.infinit.net/fggl/trash9.jpg">
So this is the kind of crap i can remove form old beaches. I usually hunt with two finding poutches and those go into the trash poutch.
