Hello All,
Found this compact today. Has a little design on top. Rang up on the Safari as a 37 in the Dime, Quarter, silver range. It was 10 inches down. How do I clean it? No major corrosion. Didn't know where else to post it.
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't clean it at all. You might risk making it worse instead of better. I think it's a nice piece of history just the way it is. The design on it is beautiful. Nice find.

Thanks for your input Born2hunt. I know what you mean. It still has the bottom on it and I was hoping to see if there is a mirror inside or some other surprise. I know that the hinge must really be fragile. Curiosity I guess.
Will probably leave it alone.
