...got my new GTP1350 from K. yesterday...opened up the package..THERE WERE PARTS MISSING-THE VIDEO THEY SAID WOULD BE THERE;AND THE BOLT THAT HOLDS THE COIL TO THE STEM!!!So,I called K up-and was treated not-very-nice by someone in customer service...She Said"THIS IS NOT OUR FAULT!!THEY COME FROM THE FACTORY PRE-PACKAGED;AND IF THERES SOMETHING MISSING,ITS THEIR FAULT"..MAYBE SHE OUGHTA SWITCH TO DE-CAF....Anyway;I told her I was gonna call Garrett and talk to them...She said"NO!!I will take care of it"...So;I called Garrett anyway-they apologized all over the place...At big K-NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY!!!Garrett also said they were gonna have a little heart-to-heart with K. on this matter...I am seriously thinkin of switching my allegiance to some other dealer...
