I was out detecting in the back yard of a guy I know and found this. When I dug it out I scratched it a little :veryangry:Threw it in my pouch and assumed it was a piece of scrap metal until I got home and cleaned it up. Pretty cool find that says Yellowstone Park Line on it. Never found a railroad baggage tag before, but I think that there are folks that collect these. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!

Neat find JC. With "Yellowstone Park" on it also it is probably even more collectible. Awesome !

hey , theres a feller over here, that has taken me "Dump Screening"
hes in the videos with the "Extreme M.D.ing guys from here.
Anyhow he's an antique guy.
usually he KNOWS Stuff. especially Mont. stuff.
if you would like to chat with him , let me know.
then ill call him and ask him if its alright to introduce you.
Oh, he M.D.s too, but he has only taken the kids and I to the old dump.
(maybe hes testing us to see if we'll tell of his spots ?)
