By my standards anyway. Edmonton-John. Couple of questions

About how many were Gold, Silver, Junk ? How many found wading vs dry land ? If you had to go out and find one ring, [gold/silver] what detector of yours would you have to take? This is on a warm summer day. These answers plus anything you might add to help us want-a-be's would be very interesting.

:please:You shall never cease to amaze me, sir!:please: Totally awesome dude!:super:

Garrett ROCKS and you really rock those Garretts, bro! :garrett::detecting:

Happy Hunting!:)

That is amazing John!

This is a great hobby.

Hope you do even better with the At Pro.

16 rings were gold, more then half were found on land, most found with the Scorpion, in water, the Infinium did the best, about 30 were silver, 2 were stainless steel, which left a bunch made of copper and other compounds. About 25 were real junky.

The Scorpion won the best machine hands down! I am looking forward to seeing how the AT Pro International fairs out.

Wow! That's a fantastic selection of finds and money for just a single year's detecting. I'm green with envy:clapping: Where do you typically go to do your detecting, and have you any favourite places? Congratulations on your superb achievement.

Always amazing, John. I know how hard it is to find that many coins, myself. I'm starting to fear my year is over. Ground is fozen. I plan on totaling my stuff up later in the year. Thanks for the inspiration, Master!

Chris

You gonna clean up my rings for me someday?

It's hard work for sure. Those coins don't just jump out of the ground to you. I think the skill of quickly getting them out of the ground and moving on to the next target quickly also plays into metal detecting along with location.

John, the coins are easy with the Garretts, the ring totals is impressive, looks like a another great year, those one and two dollar coins add up quick, we dig them down here too
