Noobie gets Big Bud 220-D Pro for $10

HI all! I finally took the plunge at a church rummage sale and picked up my first detector for $10 (a good deal?): a Bounty Hunter Big Bud 220-D Pro. Yeh, it's a few years old, but aren't we all??? It does work and appears to be in good condition. How is this particular model characterized on the quality/price/value scale?
I've downloaded the users manual but have yet to take it on my first hunt. Does anybody here have any experience with finding meteorites? I'll keep you posted from soggy Seattle.

That is one of the most sought after bounty hunters of all time I have heard . I gaurantee you could sale it for alot more than that. Welcome to the forum also.

af647 is one of the guys that post on this forum uses it extensively and does very well with it .

If you want to sell it, let me know. I have wanted to try one for many years. Just never found one when I wanted one.

Yeah, AF647 does good with his finding Canadian coins, he's only a couple hours away from me.......
