I copied this from elsewhere dated Oct 1, 2024: "field testing for Nokta's gold prospecting pulse induction detector is starting very soon with Nokta staff doing testing in Australia and with other worldwide testers getting test units." "the gold prospecting PI will be released first and that both it and the coin/relic versions will be FULLY waterproof." (no mention of "waterproof" to what depth)
