NOKTA best for all around detacting

While the FORS CoRe and FORS Gold + can handle what you are looking for, the new FORS Relic is my absolute favorite 'go-to' detector, especially for Relic Hunting, where I am headed right now.

A close 2nd could be the Gold + mainly for relics, or the Makro Racer 2 if more into Coin Hunting. I have two Makro's and two Nokta's loaded right now as I am heading out the door, and it will be the FORS Relic I will start working with first on this sunny spring day.

Yeah, I'd second the Fors Relic for Coin, Jewellery & Relic purposes, with the CoRe a close second. The small coil on the CoRe is dynamite.

Coin, jewelry, and relic? I don't have nor have I used one but I would lean towards the higher freq. Fores Relic. I have owned the Core and it is a great detector, superb in iron, and head and shoulders above Racer2 in ergonomics. I would go with either the Relic or Core, depending on what bells and whistles you like.
