NOISE CANCEL CHANNEL

New member
HAS ANYONE
found that there CTX likes a special channel
mine likes 6# not all that important but like some feed back

THANKS MINELABBOB

The # 1 channel has the lowest freq witch is best for high conductors # 11 channel has the highest freq witch is best for low conductors . There really is not much difference but some . sube

I seem to find more in channel 11 and think I get a little more depth however channel 1 should be deepest on high conductors as it is the lowest freq the detector will operate at . sube

Noise Cancel shifts the CTX's operating frequencies to reduce the effect of environmental electromagnetic noise. Environmental noise can be created by power lines, electrical equipment, cell phone towers and other metal detectors. With these environmental noises varying from site to site, your "favorite" noise cancel channel will quite likely vary from site to site as well. The important thing to remember when adjusting your NC is to keep the coil parallel to the surface of the ground. JMHO HH Randy

The parks I frequent, I can almost always count on the machine to put itself in 6 at one and 9 at the other.

SUBE THAT IS TO MUCH
need to be a raido geek to understand all of that. but thats there job !! i still dont understand why if hrz run from 1.5-100 hrz.
