No Sound With Or Without Headphones

Just curious if anyone has ever had or ever heard of this happening with other E-Trac owners
Last night while I was out detecting, I lost all sound from my machine. I have absolutely no sound with the headphones plugged in, or
without them completely. I have only had it for a month, and have to send it back already, This Sucks!!! At least I have my AT Pro as a vack up, so I can still get out and hunt!

True Call Minelab they will fix it and rush it right back !!!

I have called like 6 times, only get a answering machine. Have left several messages, and e-mails with no response.
Not sure what else to do?

It might be the connector points where your headphones plug into. You might try jiggling around the plug and see if the sounds comes back....cant hurt to try!

Thanks for your response! Minelab contacted me today, and they decided to replace mine with a new one.
I just sent the broken one back via UPS this afternoon, So now I just wait for my new one to arrive.
I am very impressed with their service and standing behind their warranties.
