no sound on prizm 5

Need help on my white prizm 5-950 last month used headphones just fine - this time no sound with out head set -but with set sound very slite-- every thing is working fine just no sound maybe the jack jamed help thanks Duane

You have a bad headphone jack...Easy fix if you have the knowledge...

Should be able to get from Radio Shack...If you get the right type...Not sure if White's would sell the jack...

If you need help with the headphone jack let me know, I have them in stock and only charge a few bucks to do the work. Also it could not be the headphone jack, could be the wires from the circuit board or the audio chip itself, but most likely it's the jack or the wires, if it was the chip you wouldn't have anything at all period. But let me know if you need just the jack from me, it's 10 bucks shipped. they are stereo but the wiring could be mono, you just have to make sure you wire it right. Best way to do it is to take a picture of it before you take it apart then this way you have something to look at when you put it back together. Talk to you later.

You may have an audio driver out Mine did the very same thing and I sent it back to white's ,Just the box not the whole thing it was back it was back in a week.
