three silver coins any day. Had a combined monthly club hunt with the two clubs we belong to last Sunday at another pounded to death park and really didn't expect to find much, but you just never know about these places. It was kind of a drizzle of rain most of the day, but it could have been worse. My first finds were a 27 wheat and a 37 merc in the same hole. That got the old heart pumping and that little guy on my shoulder said no place is ever hunted out. I worked this one area pretty good and nothing else, so I went down to where my buddy Lee was at to see how he was doing. I think he had a couple of wheats by then. My first target at this spot was a mid tone sound and just decided to start digging everything. Out pops a 42 war nickel. I walked over to Lee and dropped it in his hand and he said a couple of words I can't repeat here. He said I walked all around that spot and missed it I guess. After a little while I decided to go back to that one hillside I was working earlier and got a sweet signal. Dug a plug and this was a pretty mucky area with all the water draining down the hill and at a good eight inches I see this shiny silver Washington head staring back at me. It was a 64 and that was just fine with me even though it was the last year of the silver coins. Lee did get a couple of wheaties and finally got a 42 Canadian dime and kept his monthly silver find streak still going. I was happy about that because it's a long ride home with Lee and him not getting any silver. It sure was good to get out once again and swing a coil as I have been so darn busy working on a new pump house with a water wheel, pond and a retaining wall around the whole thing. Thanks for looking fellows and as always HH to all of you,
