No silver but the oldest License Plate I've found

Haven't been out in a while. So I went to our club hunt Sunday and here are my finds. 19 clad quarters, 15 clad dimes, 30 junk penny's,1 nickel, one 1972 K half, 7 wheat's the oldest 1930, 5keys, 1 fishing weight, 1 old pocket watch, and the best for last "1 Horse Wagon "8689" St. Louis 1909" license tag. That made my happy for the day.
 
wow very nice i wonder if there's a way to track that tag number that would be sweet to find the owner or there descendants
 
Wow, that's a great find--congratulations!----I didn't know they even had such a thing as a "Horse Wagon" license plate.---That must have been during the transition phase from the horse drawn wagons to the motorized vehicles.----Very interesting, thanks for sharing.-----------Del
