No Rings Tonite For The Scorp, However, I Did Find A Cell Phone :argue:

It was cold hunting tonite....it started snowing mixed with some rain with a cold wind from the north. the large headphones helped keep my ears warm. I hit a couple of soccer fields, and found the cell phone in some long grass behind one of the goal posts. Kinda of a useless find, in that it cost a lot, yet can't be used. The battery is dead, so I stand little chance of getting a hold of the owner.

John PLEASE kep the snow there ...

Hey a find is a find its something
for the collection if nothing else

From the land of the Bluenose.....getting a tad cold here to and raining hake and halibut. Glad you got out and feel bad for the bouy who lost that toy!

I found a expensive blackberry while detecting . It had a charge in it so after an hour of trying I finally figured out how to call the owner. lol They was very happy to get it back.
Its possible that you could go to phone dealer and they would charge it up for you enough to find a number to call.

Like you said ,,its not doing you any good . Might give you a reward,, but a smile for sure. Who knows they might even have some property to detect...

Hey John thank for that cold weather !
Still a good hunt and finds !

It's hot where I am and no chance of snow. I believe it was 94 degrees today. That looks more like one of those electronic organizers than a cell phone. I am praying for cooler weather in this area. No rain for some time.

You could turn it in to the police or the school office. Maybe somebody reported it lost. Great pin!
