yet, but I did get this yesterday. Looks to me like the top of a walking stick. Possibly lost by a patron or it might have belonged to one of the girls?

Note the small piece of broken off ivory or bone still attached. If only it were solid gold and not plated!

imagine what might have occurred to promt the loss of a recovered object. For some reason, I keep having this vision of the Madam chasing after a nonpaying patron with a walking cane (security device!) and breaking it over his head! Can't ya just envision that? :D
 
and for some reason it made me think of Goldie Hawn in the movie "The Dutchess and the Dirtwater Fox". :lol
