NO ITS NOT WATERPROOF IT IS A NIKON COOLPIX 2500 I TRY AND MAKE SURE IT DON'T GET WET. I DON'T USUALLY TAKE IT TO THE BEACH BUT IT WAS SO PRETTY TODAY THOUGHT I WOULD.
