Got bit at work last week, and the pooch really tore my knee up, so I am going to be unable to detect for quite some time :( I will try to pass what little mojo I have on to the rest of you... Remember I am hunting vicariously thru all of you, so keep those great finds coming....
Regards,
Keith

I am very sorry that your hobby is on hold and also sorry you got bit. I hope a speedy recovery for you and you can get back out there a little at a time at least.

That's really awful. I hope and pray for your rapid and complete recovery. But, being pretty new to the forum I'm curious. Just what is it that your do at work. I notice that your avatar is a german shepherd. Are you a K-9 trainer connected with law enforcement?

On days like today I envy you the need for staying in. I have a new Infinium and am working at learning it's language. I was able to spend exactly one half hour before the wind changed and the water went from a gentle swell to a really rough surf. I was torn away from my digging so often I lost track of where my signal was located. It was exhausting and finally I decided enough is enough. One 1941(my birth year) nickel and a brass bead later I quit!! another day.............when mother nature isn't suffering PMS!!!

Take care of the injury, you don't want to haunt you later.
