No BIG impressive finds tonight for the T2.....But

the T2 had me take out the GTI again tonight, while the T2's batteries got a new charge. And if nothing else the T2 taught me to slow down and I made 75 cents in 1/2 an hours time. I have attribute that lesson to the fastness of the T2.

Hey...I made three dollar this week....I see more great evenings in the near future, and at this rate I'll have s ome extra bucks for the accessories...hehhehe

And I never heard of the place! The amazing thing is it was in my own yard, less than a foot from a big steel woodburner.

I guess you gotta hunt to find and the snow and work won't let up to give me much chance. This summer may be proving up as hard to pencil in some decent time to prospect, but I'm gonna try and fit in as much as I can.

You're doin' good so far, are you gonna get a chance to hunt those old homesteads you showed pics of awhile back?

I don't know what mode you're detecting in but try this. I too like a fast sweep and like to move rather fast. Set your unit up in DISC then switch over to AM and set it up. Run in the AM mode watching the VDI screen for those VDI's that you by now have remembered as FOR REAL targets. This will allow you to detect much faster than in the Disc mode, though when in AM and you see or hear that specific target you are looking for just click over to disc since your settings have been saved and slowly validate the target then pinpoint. Found this technique to really work great and gives you more depth than just working the Disc. Target separation will no be affected either so al is good to go. try it and let me know how you like it. The only thing is you have to be ready to watch that VDI real close (because at the faster pace they will roll by fast) and pay attention to your tones. Once you get used to it you'll wonder why you haven't done so already.
