good
I own a T2 and am very pleased with him, but this morning I failed to connect the automatic cancellation of land and its operation is defective, only detect shallow and if the object is large.
my question is if any of the users of T2 has this happened or have news of it, I appreciate contests communicating the solution if any
Greetings and thanks in advance.

I curious as to what you mean here

Try a reset then fast grab GB

hello
sorry for the translation but I only speak Spanish and translate Go ogle, this coupled with a failure of mine makes it difficult to read
indeed as you said Elton I meant the ground balance function.
Now I'm the one who has not understood about the quick restart and then grab GB, Reset is on and off?
Greetings from Spain saved

While turning machine on..Hold trigger forward while holding the button down.... Then hold trigger forward and raise coil up and down over ground about 1" to 12" a few times.

You should get a GB number in your screen...... if it is working properly..

Not sure if yours is doing the same thing as mine, but my omega wouldnt ground balance, and would only detect large metal ojects close to the coil. My trouble turned out to be a broken wire in the coil connector on the reciever coil. It was a really easy fix with a soldering iron. I hope yours is as easy to repair.

You might try turning it on and waving a dime(coin) under the coil. How many inches will it detect the coin? You should be able to just turn it on and hunt at factory preset ground balance? That T2 is a caliente unit! HH (happy hunting)

good
Thank you for for your answers and I apologise for not having replied earlier, but I have not been possible.
It can be as caleb says a loose cable or any other computerized, but to be in warranty I did not want to touch it.
but a week ago to communicate by email to Teknetics my problem and have still not been answered and as soon as the response to rapidroy7 I say that detector turns on but does not function GB ground balance and only detect large objects near the coil.
and I agree that it is a great detector, but all machinery by perfect it may have problems and the mia has touched.
again thank you for your answers greetings from salva Spain

Try this... take out the batteries... wait a minute with no batteries... put the batteries back the T2 and
turn it on and see if all if okay

Parrott, thank you for your reply, but that was the first thing that I did and I put up new ones.
What I obserbado now is to lower the level of battery power half to detect an object and that great which is the subject not sounds nor overload message appears and another question is common to take enTeknetics to answer more than one week
Best regards

If I was you, I would call customer service. You may have to figure out what the time difference is. They are open 8am - 5pm. They are located in El Paso Texas. I'm sure that someone there may speak spanish, and this would make it much easier for you to communicate your problems. Good luck buddy :)
