My Oly 770 won't auto focus in poor light, so I manualy focused at about 4". Held the camera way out between the bush and wall (no room for me). Guesstimated distance to spider and where it was in frame, I couldn't see veiwfinder either. The spider was a good sport and hung in there for a couple dozen shots. Had trouble not overexposing and centering this guy. Got several shots that are OK with lots of room for improvement. Gotta find one with room behind for me.
1/60, f6.3, ISO 64, RF-50 ring flash.

I don't know how you could make a shot like that without an external light source. Most digital don't focus well without decent light on the subject.
