Nightmare day, no hunt and a wrecked Jeep:rant:

Drove 20 minutes today to check out a new beach, go there and the place was awful. So on the way home I'm sitting at a red light 1 away from my house with my son who was with me for what I thought would be an evening hunt and I get rear ended by a guy and his wife in my 05 Jeep with only 11,000 miles on it!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I was slightly upset when I got out of the jeep after I made sure my son was not injured. Turns out the guy is also a police officer and his wife is 8 months pregnant. So I call the local PD and an EMS unit, the good thing is no one was hurt. God willing I won't have a bad time with his insurance company trying to get my vehicle fixed, he has Allstate and was cited at fault so I don't expect to much of a hard time but we'll see.

Sometimes those awful beaches produce some pretty nice old stuff.........provided they are not sanded in.

Glad to hear everyone was OK and I happy to see my Steel toes brought a funny out of you after the accident:beers:

Thanks everyone, I'm glad no one in the accident was hurt. Jeep took the impact good so its damaged but not beyond repair.
