Night sky...

First time ever to go out and shoot the night sky. Wasn't real happy with it, but it made me want to go out and try again sometime and learn how to process the shots better ... Hopefully more to come

Did you count the stars? Just kidding..... Another beautiful photo Frank. I don't know why you're not happy with it, I think it's stunning.

Count the stars??? I'd run out of fingers and toes....I'd be out of luck in about 2 seconds.... it sure was a beautiful night in West Tx when I took it... just a little too much light pollution. But it was one of the first shots...going to have to go back out when it cools off and the skies are more clear. after looking at a light pollution map, looks like I may have to cruise over into New Mexico

I thought the photo was marvelous. I hope it cools down for you soon. We're to have triple digits for the heat index today and the next few days.
