Night Picture of the Alamo City............

Yesterday evening I decided I would go down to the Hayes Street Bridge and take a picture of downtown San Antonio as the sun was setting in the West. The Hayes Street Bridge is an old bridge that is now closed to vehicle traffic, only used for foot travel. It crosses over some railroad tracks and a street, and is approximately a mile or so from the downtown area of San Antonio. This was my first attempt at doing night photography. I used my Sony A300 DSLR with the Sony 18-70mm kit lens, and a heavy duty tripod. It was a new experience and I had fun. Kelley (Texas) :)

It is certainly great, when an old Bridge is saved and still used for walking. Fantastic.
