Got out today with the T-2 for about 2 1/2 hours. Dug $4.72 in clad. 7 quarters, 19 dimes, 20 nickles and seven pennies. Yesterday got $4.80 in clad plus one 1943 quarter. Friday a 1961 dime. Love the T-2.

Awesome finds bro...What type of place were you hunting? And what depths were your finds coming from?

WTG Dale,

I'm not surprised with the finds you made, The unit sure is a keeper :)

Congrats, Paul

The deepest so far was the 1943 quarter in my neighbors yard at about 6-8 inches. The 1961 dime was at a church only about 4-6 inches, but was on edge and missed by my other detectors. The clad was found in a playground and on a soccer field from surface to six inches deep. HH

I hunted a play gound sunday and my Q to you is this How come
you didint find any more penny,s than you did. Did you ID them as
Zink? and didint want them. As I have to retreve all targets.
Becasue of the type of detector I use.
Thank,s diggercoins67-Don

Don, I dug everything that sounded good. I was surprised at the small amount of pennies also. I've only had the T-2 since Thursday and dig everything that sounds good using four tones.

with a detector that had the disc set high to reject the pullabs is why you found more nickles. I seen this at several locations over the years. One site I hit I got 167 nickles and only a couple of new pennies as I feel this was a small area of a park that may have been used for a coin hunt for the kids over the years. I feel someone had went over it many times, but had the disc set too high is why i got so many nickles. Some were surface and some down 3 inches, so it had been several years worth.
