Nickel goal this yr.

Beginning this yr I set a modest goal of 500 nickels. I got 237 so far. Along with that Im slightly ahead on gold rings. (4) Like I said modest. Last yr I took a run at 5000 penny's . I ended up with 3346. What's interesting about this is after clearing out the pennies last yr. the deeper nickels are getting easier to find. This go's along with clearing out the trash to get to the good stuff.

That is a cool idea! I think hunting those nickels has a lot of merit, Dancer. I believe they teach a guy a lot about other things, especially since they are not over abundance regarding their ratio in change..heck, theres more Q and D's and P's dropped than N's for sure...thats a tough goal and I will be pulling for you to hit it!.. ..I wonder what kind of goal could be reached if a guy set it on tabs? (shudder)

Excellent number to shoot for Dancer, seems do-able with 237 in the bag, and fall days soon to show up. I'll be looking forward to that 500th nickel post

I've always been a nickel shooter.
The high range targets are easy, and iron is a give away.
But that mid range around the nickle is the Zone.
